Adventures in AA

The other day we were eating dinner at an Italian restaurant and Frances offered a bite of her meatball to Alice-Grace. Alice-Grace looked at her suspiciously and asked:

"Is there any alcohol in this meatball?"

What? What does that even mean? Is there ever alcohol in meatballs? Why would she even ask that? She's an odd duck.

Again, laughing.

My son the other day told me that Beer was his favorite...where has he had beer?

Confusion.

You can never be too careful in the days of "conspiring men."

See's Candy has rum balls. Perhaps one should be suspicious of all balls...

McMILLANS -- kids are so weird. Of course, I believe that you are secretly feeding your kids beer (root beer, of course!).

GEO -- that's right! It's all a conspiracy!

NIGEL -- oops, you know how I love those rum balls.

it is like going to a chinese restuarant and asking if there is any cat in the food, italians are natourious for loading up there meatballs with wine, and scotch and marguaritties

PUTZ -- you crack me up. You are too funny.

NOTE -- Frances corrected me. Alice-Grace actually said, "Are these alcoholic meatballs?"

So, WAS there any alcohol in the meatball?
